3. Class Registration and Training

Greenwich EMS offers various training programs including CPR, AHA certifications, EMT/EMR courses, and refresher programs. By registering, you agree to:

Submit accurate and complete information;
Follow all course policies regarding attendance, conduct, and certification;
Complete payment in full or through an accepted payment plan.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Processing

We use Stripe as our secure payment processor. By submitting payment information, you:

- Authorize Stripe to process your transaction per their Terms of Service;
- Acknowledge that processing fees may apply during checkout.

4.2 Payment Plans

If a payment plan is selected, you must complete all scheduled payments. Course access may be restricted for missed payments.

4.3 Refunds

- Before the course start date: Partial refund minus a non-refundable administrative fee.
- After the course begins: No refunds will be granted.

Patients may pay for EMS services online. For billing inquiries:

6. Employment and Volunteer Applications

By applying for jobs or volunteer roles, you agree to:

Allow us to process your data per our Privacy Policy;
Understand that applying does not guarantee selection;
Comply with additional terms such as background checks and required certifications.

7. Community Programs and Specialty Units

Greenwich EMS offers community outreach and support via our specialty units (Bike Team, Marine Unit, Special Operations, Honor Guard). Some activities may have additional requirements or liability waivers.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content—text, images, graphics, and logos—is owned by Greenwich EMS and protected by law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Greenwich EMS is not liable for:

Losses or damages from use of or inability to access the website or services;
