Each October, Greenwich EMS transforms one of our ambulances into a one-of-a-kind Halloween experience and brings the fun directly to families throughout the community. With spooky decorations, costumed GEMS team members, Halloween treats, and plenty of surprises, the Halloween Haunt has become a favorite fall tradition for children and families across Greenwich.

Originally created in 2020 as a way to bring Halloween safely to local families, the Haunt has grown into an annual community tradition that gets bigger and more creative each year.

Your Halloween Haunt visit includes a fully decorated Greenwich EMS ambulance and a festive, family-friendly experience right at your home. It’s a unique way to celebrate Halloween, create great memories, and support Greenwich EMS and the lifesaving services we provide to our community.

Event Registration

To help us prepare the right number of treats and make every Halloween Haunt stop special, please complete a registration for each child participating at your location.

When registering, please make sure:

Quantity: Select a registration quantity equal to the total number of children who will be participating and receiving a Halloween treat.
Child Information: Provide each child’s name and age so our Halloween Haunt crew can prepare appropriately for your visit.

How do I register if we’re planning a visit for multiple families in one location?

For multiple families at one stop, please select a unique group name during registration. This helps us organize and ensure each child has a memorable experience!

When will we receive our scheduled arrival time?

We’ll notify you of your estimated arrival window at the beginning of the week of your registration (Monday or Tuesday). While we’ll do our best to accommodate specific time requests, please note that schedules may vary slightly due to high demand. No request times are guaranteed. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to accommodate your request.

What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

In the event of severe weather, we’ll communicate any changes or cancellations via email, ensuring everyone stays safe and informed.
