Refund and Returns Policy

EMT Class Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Effective Date: 5/1/2025

This policy applies only to EMT classes offered through the Greenwich EMS Training Center.

Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund:
    Students are eligible for a full refund up until EMT Class Orientation.

  • Partial Refund:
    Once EMT Class Orientation has taken place and been attended, the $450 deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance of tuition is refundable up until the start of the first EMT class session.

  • No Refund:
    After the third EMT class session, no tuition reimbursement will be issued, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.


Withdrawal & Re-Enrollment

If a student withdraws after the third EMT class session and wishes to re-enroll in a future EMT class:

  • Re-enrollment is not guaranteed and is subject to approval by the Educational Coordinator.

  • A licensure and re-registration fee will be required.

  • This fee may be up to 50% of the current tuition, depending on market cost at the time of re-enrollment.


Additional Notes

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 7–10 business days to process.

  • All requests must be submitted in writing to the Training Center.
